July 21, 2015 - The Center for Rural Pennsylvania (CRP) held a public hearing on July 21 at the Fred M. Rogers Center at Saint Vincent College to solicit testimony on heroin and opioid addiction treatment and recovery services. Among those participating in the program were, from left, Fr. Paul R. Taylor, O.S.B., executive vice president of Saint Vincent College; Barry Denk, director of CRP; Dr. Nancy Falvo of Clarion University, secretary of the CRP board; Senator Gene Yaw, chairman of the CRP board; Senator John Wozniak, vice chairman of the CRP board; Senator Kim Ward; Br. Norman W. Hipps, O.S.B., president of Saint Vincent College; and Representative Garth D. Everett, treasurer of the CRP board.
