HARRISBURG – State Sen. Gene Yaw (R-23) will appear on the Pennsylvania Cable Network’s (PCN) “Capitol Preview” Program on Tuesday, November 14 to discuss the reliability of the PJM electric grid, the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) and other environmental – related topics.
