- Senate Bill 900 (Argall)
Amends Title 53 (Municipalities Generally) to provide for neighborhood blight
reclamation and revitalization.
- Amendment A02276 (Kitchen) adds new language to clarify an action be initiated
to the legal owner or owner of record (Page 9, lines 13,16,17)
Adds new section to clarify that in the event of a conflict between the
requirements of this chapter and Federal requirements applicable to demolition,
disposition or redevelopment of buildings, structures or land owned or held in
trust for the Federal Government of the United States, federal requirements of
public and affordable housing would prevail. (Page 18, line 19)
- Amendment A02311 (Argall) deletes §6141 Unfair insurance practices (Page 17,
lines 15 and 18-25)
- Senate Resolution 142
(Argall)
Directs the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee to complete a study and
cost analysis on the implementation of a statewide blight database and
report its findings, conclusions, and recommendations to the Senate.
